Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 3 oz
- eggs - 4 item
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- can cherry pie filling - 1 item
- vanilla wafers - 24 item
How to make cheesecake cupcakes:
Put one wafer in bottom of each baking cup. Mix first 4 ingredients with a mixer until creamy. Fill cups 3/4 full. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350°. Cool and put filling on top. Chill before serving. Makes 24 cupcakes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Cupcakes.
