Ingredients/Components
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- pepper - 1/2 1
- garlic salt - 2 tsp
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- cumin - 1 tsp
- turmeric - 2 tsp
- cinnamon stick - 1 item
- curry - 4 tsp
- to 3 bay leaves - 2 item
- beef or chicken - 1 lb
How to make indian curry:
Brown 1/2 cup onion. Add spices and water. Add choice of meat; cook 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Add cubed potatoes. Serve with rice and top with chutney. May add 1 can tomatoes, chopped green onions, salt and pepper to taste.Recipe categories: Main dish, Chicken breast, Curries.
