Ingredients/Components
- grated lemon rind - 1 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- plus 1 tsp - 1 Tbsp
- vegetable cooking spray - 1 item
- seasoned dry breadcrumbs - 1/3 c
How to make grouper parmesan:
Combine lemon juice and sherry. Combine breadcrumbs, cheese, lemon rind and garlic powder. Rinse fillets with cold water; pat dry. Dip fillets in lemon juice mixture, then roll in breadcrumb mixture. Place fillets in a vegetable spray coated 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle remaining breadcrumb mixture over fillets. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
