Escalloped pineapple
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- sticks butter or margarine - 2 item
- can pineapple chunks with juice - 1 oz
- bread cubes 6 or 7 slices - 1 qt
How to make escalloped pineapple:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat well. Add pineapple juice and milk and mix well. Add pineapple chunks and bread cubes. Fold in carefully. Pour into 2-quart casserole dish and bake at 350° for 1 hour. Can be made ahead and put in refrigRecipe categories: Pineapple, Side dish, Tropical fruits.
