- Parmesan cheese - 3 4
- medium onions - 3 item
- sleeve crushed Ritz crackers - 1 item
How to make onion casserole:
Peel and slice onions; cut into rings. Saute in butter or margarine. Place in a 9 x 12-inch baking dish. Cover with crushed Ritz crackers. Sprinkle on Parmesan cheese. Dot with butter or margarine. Bake at 350° approximately 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Side dish, Casseroles.
