  • pkg - 1 oz
  • milk - 2 c
  • salt - 3/4 tsp
  • biscuit mix - 1 c
  • chopped green onion - 1/4 c
  • shredded American cheese - 1 c
  • dash of nutmeg - 1 item

How to make impossible shrimp pie:

Heat oven to 400°. Lightly grease a deep 10-inch pie plate. Mix shrimp, cheeses and onion in the pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients together until smooth 15 seconds on high speed in a blender or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour over shrimp mixture. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes to set. Cut into 6 or 8 servings.
