Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- biscuit mix - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- finely chopped onion - 1/2 c
- shredded Swiss cheese - 1 c
- slices bacon, fried and crumbled - 12 item
How to make impossible quiche:
Heat oven to 350°. Grease lightly a 9-inch deep pan. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion over bottom of pan. Place remaining ingredients in blender and mix at high speed for 1 minute. Pour in pan. Bake until golden brown or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean, about 50 to 55 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
