Impossible bacon pie

Ingredients/Components

• slices bacon, fried and crumbled - 12 item
• shredded Swiss cheese - 1 c
• chopped onion - 1/3 c
• salt - 1/4 tsp
• milk
• Bisquick
• eggs - 5 item
• pepper - 1/8 tsp

How to make impossible bacon pie:

Preheat oven to 400°. Grease a large pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. (Blender: 15 seconds; or 1 minute beaters.) Pour into plate. Bake until knife comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes before cutting.
