Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 1/4 c
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp

- milk - 1/4 c
- chopped nuts - 3/4 c
- flour - 1 c
- semi-sweet chocolate chips - 1/2 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- powdered sugar - 3 c
- miniature marshmallows - 2 c
- sq - 1 oz
- cream cheese reserved from filling - 2 oz
How to make rocky road fudge bars:
Filling:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened (reserve 2 oz. for frosting)1/2 c. sugar2 Tbsp. flour1/4 c. butter, softened1 egg1/2 tsp. vanilla1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips1/4 c. chopped nuts2 c. miniature marshmallows Frosting:1/4 c. butter1 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate2 oz. cream cheese (reserved from filling)1/4 c. milk3 c. powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla In large pan, melt butter and chocolate over low heat. Add sugar, flour, nuts, baking powder, vanilla and eggs. Mix well. Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan.Filling: In small bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, flour, butter, egg and vanilla until well mixed. Fold in chocolate and nuts. Spread over dough. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Add marshmallows and return to oven 2 minutes more.
Prepare frosting by melting butter and mixing in remaining ingredients. Pour over bars and swirl with melted marshmallows to marble.
