Ingredients/Components
- granulated sugar - 1 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- self-rising flour - 1 c
- stick oleo, melted - 1 item
- small Cool Whip - 1 item
- pecans, chopped - 1/2 c
- chocolate pudding with 3 c
How to make husband's delight:
1st layer: Mix flour, pecans and oleo; pack in bottom of "Pyrex" dish. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Let cool.2nd layer: Beat cream cheese, sugar and the Cool Whip; spread on 1st layer.
3rd layer: Mix chocolate pudding with 3 cups of milk. Spread on 2nd layer.
4th layer: Spread small carton of Cool Whip on third layer. Sprinkle with nuts or chocolate shavings.
