- sugar
- salt
- salad oil
- paprika - 1 item
- pepper
- Worcestershire sauce
- chopped onion
- catsup
- fish
- cloves garlic, finely chopped - 2 item
- freshly squeezed lemon juice
- bay leaves, crushed - 4 item
- capers and juice optional
How to make grilled fish:
Marinate fish for 30 minutes in mixed ingredients. Cook on grill about 8 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork. Baste fish while grilling and sprinkle with paprika. Baste shrimp or scallops only, don't marinate.Recipe categories: Main dish, Fish, Freshwater fish.
