Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- ground beef
- cans tomato sauce - 2 oz
- salt and pepper - 1 tsp
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- scallions, finely chopped - 5 item
How to make husband's delight:
Brown beef and pour off fat. Add seasonings and tomato sauce. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Cook noodles and drain. Mix scallions, cream cheese and sour cream. Make a layer each of noodles, meat sauce and sour cream mixture in greased casserole. Sprinkle top with grated cheese.
