• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• pecans - 2 c
• Crisco oil
• box powdered sugar - 1 item
• stick oleo - 1 item
• chopped bananas - 2 c
• can pineapple - 1 item
• Stir; do not beat

How to make hummingbird cake:

Mix dry ingredients, eggs and oil. (Stir; do not beat.) Stir in other ingredients. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350°.Creamed Cheese Frosting:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 stick oleo1 tsp. vanilla1 box powdered sugar
