Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- soda - 2 tsp
- raisins - 1/4 c
- pecans - 1 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- stick oleo - 1 item
- Wesson oil
- can coconut - 1 item
- Add oil
- small can pineapple, drained - 1 item
- grated carrots or 2 jars baby food small - 3 c
How to make carrot cake:
Sift first 5 ingredients together. Add oil. Add eggs, one at a time. Add carrots, pecans and pineapple.Filling:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 box powdered sugar1 stick oleo1 tsp. vanilla1 can coconut1/2 c. chopped pecans1/4 c. raisins Uncooked; let cheese and oleo get to room temperature and blend all.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Carrots.
