How to make hummingbird cake:
Cream Cheese Frosting:8 oz. pkg. cream cheese1 stick oleo1 box powdered sugar2 tsp. vanilla Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, add eggs and oil, stir until moistened (do not beat). Stir in vanilla, pineapple, pecans and bananas. Spoon batter into 3 Pam-sprayed round cake pans, bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool completely and frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.Frosting: Mix cheese and oleo until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla. Spread on cake.
