Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 3 oz
  • salt - 1/8 tsp
  • light cream - 1/4 c
  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 tsp
  • mayonnaise - 1/4 c
  • minced onion - 1 tsp
  • garlic clove - 1 item
  • crabmeat
  • minced chives - 1/2 tsp
  • or 3 drops Tabasco sauce - 2 item

How to make hot crab dip:

Drain crabmeat. Pour lemon juice over crabmeat. Combine remaining ingredients and add to crabmeat and lemon juice. Put in saucepan and heat at low temperature. Place in a serving bowl and serve with crackers.
