Ingredients/Components

  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • freshly grated Parmesan cheese - 1 c
  • can water packed artichoke hearts, drained and chopped - 14 oz
  • fresh crab optional - 1/3 lb

How to make hot crab and artichoke dip:

Combine all ingredients. Place in quiche dish or other baking dish. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve with French bread rounds, crackers or carrot sticks.
