Hot crab dip
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- lemon juice
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- hard-boiled eggs, chopped - 3 item
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- minced onion - 4 Tbsp
- ground black pepper - 1/8 tsp
- minced garlic - 2 Tbsp
- crabmeat - 16 oz
- seafood seasoning - 2 tsp
- large container cottage cheese - 1/2 item
- horseradish sauce - 1 Tbsp
How to make hot crab dip:
Cream together cottage cheese, mayonnaise and cream cheese. Mix all ingredients together except Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Cook at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes in 9 x 9 square pan or large round chafing dish. Serve hot with assorted crackers or bagel chips.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Crab.
