Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • light cream - 1/2 c
  • lemon juice - 4 Tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • cloves garlic - 2 item
  • minced onion - 2 tsp
  • minced chives - 1 tsp
  • to 6 drops Tabasco sauce - 4 item
  • backfin crab meat - 1 lb

How to make hot crab dip:

Pour lemon juice over crab meat. Combine all other ingredients and mix with crab meat. Put in a saucepan and heat at low temperature. Place in a serving dish and serve with assorted crackers.
