Hot crab dip
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- light cream - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 4 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- cloves garlic - 2 item
- minced onion - 2 tsp
- minced chives - 1 tsp
- to 6 drops Tabasco sauce - 4 item
- backfin crab meat - 1 lb
How to make hot crab dip:
Pour lemon juice over crab meat. Combine all other ingredients and mix with crab meat. Put in a saucepan and heat at low temperature. Place in a serving dish and serve with assorted crackers.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Crab.
