  • can crab meat - 1 item
  • low-fat mayonnaise - 1 c
  • whole garlic cloves - 2 item
  • scallions - 2 item
  • Romano cheese - 1/2 c

How to make hot crab dip:

Drain crab meat; cut up scallions finely. Zap all ingredients in a blender. Heat in a 350° oven until bubbly. Serve hot on round firm crackers. A jar of drained and marinated artichokes may be added to make Artichoke-Crab Dip.
