Hot chicken salad
Ingredients/Components
- can Tender bits - 2 cans
- chopped celery - 2 c
- cooked rice - 2 c
- dehydrated onions - 2 tsp
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- water chestnuts, sliced - 1 c
- cans mushroom soup - 2 item
- to 5 boiled eggs, chopped - 3 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- Freeze without topping
- corn flake crumbs - 1 c
- slivered almonds - 1/2 c
How to make hot chicken salad:
Bake 20 to 40 minutes at 350°. (Freeze without topping.) Combine ingredients and put in large flat pan (1-quart). Mix margarine and crumbs, then sprinkle top. Then sprinkle with almonds.
