Chinese chicken
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- margarine - 1/4 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- corn flakes - 2 c
- chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- diced celery - 1 c
- slivered almonds - 1/2 c
- cubed, cooked chicken - 2 c
- cooked rice
- water chestnuts, sliced - 4 oz
- fresh sliced mushrooms - 1 c
How to make chinese chicken:
Mix all ingredients together except margarine, almonds and corn flakes. Put in a 2-quart casserole. Melt margarine and add corn flakes and almonds. Sprinkle on top of chicken mixture and bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350°. Enjoy!Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Whole chicken.
