  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 1/2 c
  • lemon juice - 1/4 c
  • honey - 1/4 c
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • 1 stick butter - 8 Tbsp
  • chicken parts - 2 3

How to make honey chicken:

In a bag, shake flour, salt and pepper; add chicken to bag and shake to coat. Melt 1/2 stick butter in baking dish; roll chicken in butter and place skin down in dish. Bake 30 minutes at 350°. In saucepan, melt 1/2 stick butter; stir in honey, lemon juice and soy sauce. Turn chicken over; pour mixture over chicken and bake 30 minutes longer.
