  • honey - 1/4 c
  • prepared mustard - 1/4 c

How to make honey chicken:

Melt butter in foil-lined 9 x 13-inch pan. Place chicken in butter and sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt. Blend remaining salt, honey, mustard and lemon juice. Brush 1/2 honey mixture on chicken. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Turn chicken; brush with remaining honey mixture. Bake 20 minutes longer until tender. Makes 4 servings.
