Ingredients/Components
- bottle Catalina dressing - 1 item
- Lipton onion soup mix - 1 pkg
- small jar apricot preserves or pineapple - 1 item
How to make sweet and sour chicken:
Bring ingredients to a boil. Sauce keeps well in refrigerator. Bake one cut up chicken or six to eight chicken breasts. Place sauce on chicken and bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes. Serve on rice or alone with vegetables.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Chicken, Chicken breast.
