Chicken tortilla casserole
Ingredients/Components
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chicken broth - 1/2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- finely chopped onions - 2 item
- grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- grated Monterey Jack cheese
- tortillas corn or flour - 12 item
- chicken, cooked or 4 to 6 chicken breasts - 1 item
- Ro-Tel tomatoes and hot chilies - 1 can
How to make chicken tortilla casserole:
Grease 9 x 13-inch pan and line with tortillas, broken into bite size pieces. Put chicken (also bite size pieces) on top. Mix soups, tomatoes and onions. Pour over chicken. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Casseroles.
