Chicken spaghetti
Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
- chopped bell pepper - 1/4 c
- cooked chopped chicken - 8 oz
- can sliced mushrooms optional - 4 oz
- Velveeta light - 4 oz
- cooked thin spaghetti - 3 c
- cooking oil I use canola oil - 2 Tbsp
- boiling water or chicken broth I use chicken broth - 1 c
- Weight Watchers chicken gravy mix - 1 pkg
How to make chicken spaghetti:
Saute first three ingredients in oil. Add gravy mix dissolved in chicken broth or water. Add mushrooms, Ro-Tel tomatoes, cheese and chicken. Stir until warm and cheese is melted. Layer mixture with spaghetti in Pyrex dish that is sprayed with Pam. Bake in a 400° oven for 25 minutes or until bubbly. Serves 4.I double the recipe for large amount.
