- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 1/3 c
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- prepared mustard - 2 Tbsp
- cooked green beans - 3 c
How to make tangy green beans:
Combine mustard, sugar, butter and salt. Heat slowly, stirring constantly. Then stir in lemon juice and vinegar. Pour over hot green beans and heat thoroughly. Makes 6 servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Green/yellow beans.
