Homemade noodles
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- egg yolks - 1 or
- half and half or Milnot - 1 Tbsp
How to make homemade noodles:
Combine ingredients and form into a ball. Do not knead. Divide into 2 parts. Roll each part on lightly floured surface until thin. Dry 10 minutes. Cut into strips of desired width and length. Have seasoned broth ready and bring to a boil. Add noodles and cook until tender. Pieces of chicken or other meat may be added if you like.
