Ingredients/Components
- iceberg lettuce, shredded - 2 c
- cooked macaroni medium size
- vegetable oil - 1 Tbsp
- eggs - 3 item
- chipped ham - 12 oz
- pkg - 1 oz
- coarse Monterey Jack cheese - 1 c
- mayonnaise
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- Dijon mustard - 2 tsp
- green peppers, sliced - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
How to make pasta salad:
Dressing:1 c. mayonnaise1/2 c. sour cream2 tsp. Dijon mustard1/2 c. green peppers, sliced1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. pepper Layer lettuce. Pour vegetable oil over macaroni, then layer macaroni and eggs. Sprinkle with pepper, ham, peas and cheese. Spread dressing over top and refrigerate overnight.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Salads, Pasta.
