- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- brown sugar - 2 c
- egg yolks - 2 item
- oil - 1 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- shortening
- ginger - 1 tsp
- 10x sugar - 4 c
- eggs, unbeaten - 2 item
- ground cloves - 1 tsp
- cooked pumpkin - 2 c
- Baking Time: 10 to 12 minutes
How to make pumpkin whoopie pies:
Baking Temperature: 350°. Baking Time: 10 to 12 minutes.Beat eggs, brown sugar and oil until smooth. Add pumpkin. Mix spices, salt, baking powder, soda and flour together and add to creamed mixture. Add vanilla. Drop onto greased cookie sheets by tablespoon. Bake. When cool, put 2 cookies together with frosting.Frosting:2 tsp. vanilla4 Tbsp. flour2 Tbsp. milk1 1/2 c. shortening2 eggs, unbeaten4 c. 10x sugar *INXCANDIES:
