- stick margarine - 1 item
- egg yolks - 2 item
- lemon juice
How to make hollandaise sauce:
Mix egg yolks and lemon juice in a blender. Bring margarine to a bubbling boil and pour into egg yolk mixture while blender is running. (The secret to success is pouring slowly.)Recipe categories: Sauces, Condiments, etc., Very low carbs.
