Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- milk
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- stick margarine - 2/3 item
- egg yolks - 5 item
- lemon juice - 1/2 c
- lemon rind - 2 tsp
- Meringue:5 egg whites
- deep dish pie shells, slightly baked - 2 item
How to make lemon pie:
Filling:2 c. sugar4 Tbsp. flour2/3 stick margarine5 egg yolks2 1/2 c. milk2 tsp. lemon rind1/2 c. lemon juice Meringue:5 egg whites2/3 c. sugar1/4 tsp. salt Mix filling together in saucepan and cook until thick.
