Ingredients/Components

  • round steak
  • can mushrooms - 1 oz
  • chopped green pepper - 2 Tbsp
  • water - 1/4 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • garlic salt - 1/8 tsp
  • sliced onion - 1/2 c
  • chili sauce - 1/3 c
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp

How to make italian steak:

Cook mushrooms, onion and green pepper. Blend in chili sauce, water, salt, pepper and rest of ingredients. Place steak in baking dish and cover with ingredients. Cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 300°, covering dish tightly.
