Ingredients/Components
- round steak
- can mushrooms - 1 oz
- chopped green pepper - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- garlic salt - 1/8 tsp
- sliced onion - 1/2 c
- chili sauce - 1/3 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
How to make italian steak:
Cook mushrooms, onion and green pepper. Blend in chili sauce, water, salt, pepper and rest of ingredients. Place steak in baking dish and cover with ingredients. Cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 300°, covering dish tightly.Recipe categories: Sauces, Main dish, One Dish meal.
