Hollandaise sauce
Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1/2 c
- egg yolks - 2 item
- boiling water - 1 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- Salt and pepper, to taste - 1 item
How to make hollandaise sauce:
In double boiler over hot water, melt butter. Mix in lemon juice and egg yolks. Cook slowly, beating with whisk constantly. Add boiling water a drop at a time. Remove from heat. Keep warm to serve.Recipe categories: Sauces, Condiments, etc., Very low carbs.
