How to make lemon meringue:

Make crumbs from graham crackers. Melt 1 stick of butter (mix crumbs and melted butter together in pan).Filling:1 can sweetened condensed milk3 egg yolks approximately 1/2 c. lemon juice Meringue:3 egg whites4 Tbsp. sugar1 Tbsp. lemon juice Mix egg whites until they stand in a peak. Add sugar and beat until shines. Add lemon juice. Cook at 350° until lightly brown.
