Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 3 c
- oil
- eggs, lightly beaten - 3 item
- mashed bananas - 2 c
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
How to make hawaiian nut bread:
Using a large mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients. Add the nuts and set aside. Combine the remaining ingredients and add these to the dry mixture. Stir until well blended. Pour the batter into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Breakfast, Quick breads.
