Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1/2 pt
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- chopped pepper - 2 4
- can Cheddar cheese soup - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese optional - 1 item
How to make hash brown potato casserole:
Combine all ingredients except Cheddar cheese. Bake at 325° for 2 hours in a covered 1 1/2-quart dish. Just before serving, add Cheddar cheese and melt in oven. Then serve.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
