  • salt - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • parsley - 1 Tbsp
  • cream cheese, softened - 4 oz
  • grated sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • medium onion, coarsely chopped - 1 item
  • 9-inch pastry crust - 1 item

How to make spinach cheese pie:

Beat cream cheese, Cheddar cheese and eggs. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into crust and top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
