Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 32 oz
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese plus some extra for top - 1 c
How to make hash brown casserole:
Defrost potatoes and mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch dish. Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes until bubbly and done. Sprinkle on a little more cheese and some paprika and bake for another 10 minutes. This will make it a little crispy on top.
