- melted butter - 3/4 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- container sour cream - 1 (8
- grated American cheese - 12 oz
- can cream of chicken or mushroom soup - 1 item
- lightly crushed corn flakes or crackers - 2 c
How to make hash brown potato casserole:
Place thawed potatoes in large bowl. Mix soup, cheese, sour cream, onion, salt and pepper. Pour mix over potatoes. Toss until coated. Place in a 13 x 9-inch pan. Top with crushed crackers and drizzle melted butter over top. Bake at 350°, uncRecipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
