  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • container sour cream - 1 (8
  • grated American cheese - 12 oz
  • can cream of chicken or mushroom soup - 1 item
  • lightly crushed corn flakes or crackers - 2 c

How to make hash brown potato casserole:

Place thawed potatoes in large bowl. Mix soup, cheese, sour cream, onion, salt and pepper. Pour mix over potatoes. Toss until coated. Place in a 13 x 9-inch pan. Top with crushed crackers and drizzle melted butter over top. Bake at 350°, unc
