- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered - 1 oz
- bread crumbs optional - 1/2 c
How to make spinach-artichoke casserole:
Place cream cheese and margarine in a large casserole dish. Melt in microwave over low heat, stirring frequently, to blend. Add spinach, artichoke hearts, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
