Ingredients/Components
- sliced zucchini - 4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- green pepper - 2 Tbsp
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 6 oz
- saltine crackers, crumbled - 12 item
- large sliced tomatoes - 3 item
- to 10 slices bacon, fried - 9 item
How to make zucchini casserole:
Cook zucchini for 10 minutes; drain. Add remaining ingredients, except bacon, cheese and crackers. Cook, covered, 5 minutes. Add crumbled bacon, grated cheese and crushed saltines to mixture. Toss. Place in casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Egg, Side dish, Casseroles.
