- frozen hash browns - 2 lb
- sour cream - 2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- onion - 1/4 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- crushed corn flakes - 1/2 c
How to make hash brown potato casserole:
Melt 1/2 stick butter in baking dish. Add hash browns, sour cream, Cheddar cheese, soup and onion. Mix corn flakes and 1/2 stick melted butter together and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
