Ingredients/Components
- head lettuce, torn in bite-sized pieces - 1/2 item
- finely grated hard-cooked egg - 1 item
- tomato, chopped into small pieces - 1 item
- large stalk finely chopped celery - 1 item
- to 1 small finely chopped zucchini - 1/2 item
- to 1/2 finely chopped apple - 1/4 item
- dressing to taste - 1 item
How to make zucchini salad:
Combine lettuce with celery. Add tomato, zucchini, apple and egg. Add dressing to taste (Creamy Cucumber or Creamy Italian goes well with this).Recipe categories: Squash, Salads, Side dish.
