- sour cream - 1 c
- margarine
- butter, melted - 2 Tbsp
- corn flakes - 2 c
- grated cheese - 1/2 c
- frozen hash browns - 1 pkg
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
How to make hash brown casserole:
Sauce:1/2 c. margarine1 can mushroom soup1 c. sour cream1/2 c. grated cheese Preheat oven to 350°. Microwave hash browns on High for 10 minutes.Sauce: Mix together the ingredients; simmer over low heat. Pour over hash browns after they have been microwaved. Top with the buttered corn flakes. Bake for 20 minutes.
