Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 16 oz
- butter, melted - 3/4 c
- Ritz crackers - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- grated onion - 1 item
- Ore-Ida hash browns - 1 pkg
How to make hash brown casserole:
Mix together the hash browns, soup, cheese, sour cream and onion in a baking dish. On top, crumble Ritz crackers (approximately 1 stack). Pour on the melted butter. Bake for hour at 325°.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
