Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1 pt
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- cornflake crumbs - 2 c
- can undiluted cream of chicken soup - 1 item
How to make hash brown casserole:
Combine 1/2 cup melted butter, pepper, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, salt, onion and Cheddar cheese. Place potatoes in 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Pour mixture over potatoes. Top with corn flakes and other 1/2 cup melted butter. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
