- sour cream - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
- onion, diced - 1 item
- Pour into two 9 x 9 x 2-inch pans or one 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
How to make hash brown casserole:
Mix all 8 ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into two 9 x 9 x 2-inch pans or one 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.Topping:2 c. crushed potato chips or corn flakes2 Tbsp. melted butter Mix crushed chips or corn flakes with butter and spread on top. Bake at 400&dRecipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
