Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 8 oz
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • shredded sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • crushed corn flakes - 1/2 c
  • frozen hash browns - 1 lb
  • small onion, chopped in small pieces - 1 item
  • stick butter to saute - 1/2 item

How to make hash brown casserole:

Saute onion in butter. Thaw out hash browns in microwave. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Pour into casserole dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes. Take out of oven and pour crushed corn flakes on top.
